Wie daar nooit is geweest en ook maar een b\u00e9\u00e9tje interesse heeft in archeologische vondsten, moet er zeker een keer gaan kijken.<\/p>\n<p>Hier wordt een verbazingwekkende hoeveelheid vondsten bewaard uit de noordelijke provincies. Een deel ervan biedt \u00a0in een permanente expositie een prachtig overzicht per tijdvak, van prehistorie tot na de oorlog.<\/p>\n<p>Het NAD biedt (gratis) rondleidingen aan, waarbij ook de indrukwekkende magazijnen worden bezocht en de bezoeker antwoord krijgt op de meest uiteenlopende vragen. In november 2023 brachten leden van Historisch Anloo een bezoek aan het NAD (zie het artikel hiernaast). Voor wie dat heeft gemist is er op 1 maart een herkansing.
